Admission

All guests must report to reception on arrival to book in.

Under 18's must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Arrivals and Departures

Guests can book in from 12.00pm for tent and campervan/motorhome bookings.

Guests using “Belle”, “ Ethel” or “Doris” can book in from 2.00pm.

Check out time for all guests is 11.00am.

Late arrivals need to notify the campsite as soon as possible on the contact number provided.

Your booking will be held for 24 hours, after this period the management reserves the right to relet the pitch.

No refunds will be given for “no shows”, inclement weather or guests that are asked to leave by the management.

No discounts are given for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather.

All bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. Once booked no alterations can be made and no refunds will be given.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Damages or loss of equipment on site

Any damage to the site will be charged accordingly to the cardholder.

Guests booking "Belle", "Doris" or "Ethel" will be required to provide a £50.00 cash-only deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided the tent has been inspected and found to be free of damaged and losses.

Occupancy

The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only.

No stag or hen parties are permitted.

Rules and Regulations

Please drive slowly and with care as there could be children playing.
Respect privacy of other campers.
Adhere to pitch boundaries set out on the site.
Please keep the campsite tidy and use the bins provided and take all your belongings with you upon departure.
Noise - please keep noise to a minimal level especially at night and we ask you to respect our 10.00pm curfew. Please no loud music.
Fire safety - there is a fire safety station with fire extinguishers and water available.
Fire pits and barbecues must be used safely and by adults only.
Child supervision - please keep a close watch on children to prevent accidents and ensure they don’t disturb other campers.
Pet supervision and clean up - you must keep your dogs on a lead at all times and do not leave unattended. Please clean up after you dog.

By adhering to these rules and regulations you can help ensure a safe, enjoyable and respectful experience for everyone on the campsite.

Due to the nature of the site it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Sign written and commercial vehicles are not permitted.

We are unable to accommodate caravans.
